Remuneration policy
Our remuneration policy is in line with our strategy, risk appetite, goals and values. The remuneration policy is aimed at ensuring that employee remuneration does not lead to undesirable risks or behavior.
Our employees receive a fixed monthly allowance, tailored to their competencies. We have the option to pay variable rewards. The variable remuneration is based on both financial and non-financial criteria, with at least 50% being based on non-financial criteria.
This policy discourages unwanted behavior, such as taking irresponsible (sustainability) risks.
